Well, seriously then, I dont think your tank is undersized for one single oscar. I know you are going to add a plec in there too, but if you keep an eye on your water quality, as I know you will - it should be fine.

The minimum size recommended that I have seen for a single O is 210litres, and you are above that.

mine is in the same size tank as yours chez and i have others in there too.

if it does start to look cramped i will get a 6footer
its not the length thats the problem to me as the alchove is 6ft
its the width from the back wall i can only come out 16inch to keep it level with
chimney brest otherwise it will come out passed it and look daft.
so while i was going to get the rena......
im thinking should i get this one now??? instead.
i like it very much. its 50 inch not much bigger just 20 litres more

It' a lovely tank chez, but if you are thinking of getting a new tank I wouldn't spend £300 just for an extra 20 litres.

If you are thinking of getting a new tank at some time, save your pennies and go for the 6 footer-now that would give pleccy and E a beautiful home!!!

Its interesting to see that they deliver almost everywhere - even Ireland which is unusual (take note MAry!!)
